Casuarina Hotel is at Trou-aux-Biches, on the North West Coast of Mauritius. It is 5kms from Grand Bay and 18kms from Port-Louis, the capital of Mauritius. White sandy beach beside a coral reef enclosed lagoon (facing the Casuarina Hotel, across a secondary road). FACILITIES: The Hotel has two fresh-water swimming pools, a restaurant and bar, a Mini-Club for the Kids. A games room, fitness facilities and a boutique. There is also either a band or light music that plays every evening during dinner. On Friday night there is a traditional Sega Show, which plays the traditional music of Mauritius. There is also a bank, Casino and 9 hole golf course close to the hotel. SPORTS: Free of Charge: Tennis, Table Tennis, Kayak, Windsurfing, Mini-sailing, French Bowling, Water Skiing, Glass bottom boat. For a Fee: Bicycle hire, Big Game Fishing, undersea walking, boat cruises.
