Description
Our totally rebuilt Restaurant – (previously called the Courtyard) will now be known as “The Square” . In history, the Village Square of the Town was always a central meeting point. So this new name positions this fabulous new restaurant in its ideal location – the centre of the Hotel. Our Executive Chef, Alex Docherty, is very excited about his new brasserie-styled restaurant, complete with SUSHI BAR, and his new menu is most enticing.
